Yard Tools With Grippy Handles

I've got a bunch of yard tools, a metal rake, pick-mattock, lots of stuff like that. They're all solid tools, but they are hard to trip with glove on. I've used some even nicer tools that had grippy padded handles. Got me thinking. How's this for a cheap compromise, what if I got some hockey stick tape from the sporting goods store and taped up the handles of my tools? Would that work well?

Im actually getting really sore hands from having to squeeze so hard while I'm using the tools.

These gloves will work well as a grippy on any tool handle you have. Excellent for gripping fire wood too. Cut the tip of pinky finger off to operate your cell phone.

If they fit correct a needle can be picked up off a hard surface floor when gloves are new.

My ACE hardware keeps a stock of them in various sizes and styles. I prefer these pictured. Originally called Mechanic's Gloves.

Cons - little to no insulation in cold weather and a little hot in warm weather but you'll get accustomed to it.

Agree with Senior, try a different style of gloves. I prefer leather gloves.
