I noticed at the end of Fall that my trimmer smelled like it was overheating. I had just finished trimming down some day lilies. It appears some plant materials were jammed under what I think is called the line feed head, between it and the motor. I am able to clear some of it out with a pair of needle nosed pliers, but there is still some materials I can't seem to get to. I am looking for suggestions on doing so. Other than removing the line hub cap and the spool, I don't see any obvious way to disassemble it any further.
