Venting a basement bathroom

Hi I am planning on putting a bathroom room in my basement. It will have a shower stall, toilet and sink. One issue I am trying to plan for is venting. I have vent less fans and wondered how effective they are. The issue i have is unless I go into the crawlspace i have about a 10 foot run to the closest spot to install a exterior vent. The exterior of the house is brick and i am trying to avoid cutting into that. The place i was thinking about putting the vent is in a glass block window.
my concerns is that is a 10 ft run too far? and is a vent less fan effective and adequate?
thanks

"Ventless" fans are not effective in my estimation. You have to get the moisture out. Plain and simple. Cutting through brick is not that big an issue if that is the shorter run. It can be done and done cleanly if you take your time and have the right tools.

The 10' run is not that bad.

That's the right attitude, they make tools for that.

You are looking for an SDS hammer drill bit that looks like this:

Should be available at your tool rental. I usually drill the pilot hole all the way though. Slow and steady for a cleaner hole.
