So I tried to remove some of the dried caulk along the brick and window.
What a pain in the butt....... the brick mortar comes off easier..... Now I see why some of you are recommending a heat gun. I guess I will be purchasing more tools, haha..... |

Ok so I got a bottom of line heat gun and some big stretch caulk. Should be fun tomorrow.

So on that corner brick that I thought was short, it actually broke.
You can see old (original caulk) still on it. Not sure when it broke. |

Ok, done, 10 more windows to go. A few pics after the old caulk is gone, then the finished product. It's not perfect, but better than it was.
I used big stretch caulk and some backer rod. |
