Sliding Mirror Closet Door Rollers

Hello,

I just moved in to a fixer-upper and am working a bit on the place. The tenants left a sliding mirror closet door and I haven't had any luck with getting a similar roller kit at Home Depot or Lowe's. I've basically tried every kit they have. None have similar screws or do not fit into the side bars of the mirror (too wide or too narrow).

I have two questions about the attached pictures:

1. Do you know where I can get something similar?
2. Would it be possible to replace just the nylon wheel? How do I go about doing that? It seems that they are in there pretty sturdy.

This is my first post and I'm looking forward to many DIY projects in my new home. Thank you!

What's your location?
Never seen anything like that in the US.

I think I have seen something like that, not in brass, on sliding glass doors. Check out that section of your local store.
