Seepage in basement

Have seepage in the basement that seemed to start about 6 months ago. Have passively looked for he cause and now looking to really resolve it.

Wall is in good condition and it seems up be coming up from crack in concrete floor but I'm not sure. On the outside directly opposite of the wall the ground appears a little damp and just kinda stays like that. The seepage happens daily and never really puddles up. It also seems to happen without any rain or real humidity.

Where do I begin? What are potential causes?
