I had a new board installed on my HVAC unit. The humidifier dies not work now. I looked into it and the hot wire was not connected to the board. I just want to be sure I hook the wire up to the correct place. I followed the electric wires and they go here (see image). Does the hot wire go on one of these screws? The humidistat has a red and a white wire, so I'm guessing the white goes to white and the red goes to red and gets tied to the red wire that leads to the solenoid valve. I'm just not sure where on the board to attach the hot wire.
Guys, just to simplify my question, I've got a red and white wire coming from the humidistat and a red and white wire coming from the solenoid valve. The humidistat is installed in the duct and is not connected to the thermostat.
What I'm asking is where do I connect the wires on the board? Can I use the HUM terminal or should I connect somewhere else? Do I connect both the solenoid and the humidistat to the board?
