Circuit Board for a Temp Star

See the circuit board for the Temp Star furnace. I was wondering why my AC was not kicking on. The wires for the transformer are not wired into the the circuit board. I just bought this house in the winter. So I didn't think to check the AC work. My guess is they didn't plug it in since it is a gas furnace. I found out the the wires running to my thermostat are all plugged in. I just need to figure out how where to plug the wires in from the outside unit i.e. the transformer.

thanks for any help or insight.
