Girla,I wont have to vent because I have no attic space just cathedral.I will control humidity with my hvac.I would have to vent if I were just stuffing fiberglass batts in between the rafters. But because Im using a closed cell spray foam theres no moisture that needs to be vented,I hope haha.I will also install a whole house fan to pull air out if needed. But in your case I think there are vents that attatch to the hips and the peak but you would have to have outside air entering so it can exhaust out the ridge vents.

I am also considering spray foam for the crawlspace (~5' tall) in a house in Lake Tahoe, Calif but am surprised at the prices. Does anyone know who has the best prices? As a builder, I plan to do the work and just need the material and spray equipment. Thanks!
