spongy floor

We had a cabin built. It has a loft with 16 ft 6X6 beams of pine supporting the floor. The floor is tongue and groove pine boards 3/4 ". It has quite a bit of bounce to it, more so this winter as the wood is drying out. The cabin is 3 years old. I am looking for solutions to stiffen up the floor. Would it be best to put down a sub floor then the tongue and groove or do I need to reinforce the beams some way?
