Securing Partition Wall on Subfloor in Basement?

I am finishing my basement. I have put down a plastic membrane called Platon, and used ¾ inch T&G OSB as a subfloor. Should I just attach the walls to the subfloor or should I use Tapcon’s and go all the way to the concrete?

According to the installation instructions on the Platon website, "non load bearing walls may be framed on the subfloor". Your subfloor "(minimum 7/16" OSB)" should be "fastened to the concrete around room perimeter"". Sounds like you don't want to penetrate the barrier if you don't have to....
