Screened Porch Support

Hi All, I'm new to the forum and my wife and I just recently purchased a home in MA. We have a screened porch off the second story on the back side of the house, it looks like it used to be a deck and was eventually enclosed by the previous owners. It's a 20x12 room, raised about 10 ft off the ground, full roof, the walls are half wood and half screen.

Now to the question, it doesn't appear any additional support was added when the deck was converted to a screened porch. There are 3, 6x6 PT posts on the gable end tied to a concrete pad below, those are underneath a 2x12 beam that's split in the center over the middle post and tied together with a metal t-bar. The main support beams are showing some signs of sagging and the amount of support there is making me a little nervous. Should all the supports be redone with a new single continuous beam, or can we get away with just adding gussets to the existing structure?

Thanks! Here are a few photos of the 3 support posts. Slight correction to the initial posting, it looks like the 3 posts might be 4x6, not 6x6. Don't mind the condition of the siding...it's on the list...
