Metal shed with Greentreated (AC2) lumber

I have recently built a 12ft x 16ft shed out of 2 x 4 green treated lumber. I had a change in heart on the exterior, i was going to use wood and cover with vinyl siding, but now would like to use metal siding.

The question is : can I use the metal siding with green treated lumber ? or will i have to put a bubble insulation between the 2 ?
I was told that there would be a corrosion issue.
Thank You for your help !!

I think you mean ACQ, and it can be very corrosive to metals. It can dissolve an uncoated steel nail in two months. You need to isolate it from other metals and use stainless of hot dip galvanized acrews/nails. How about vinyl siding??
