Looking for a shelf clip

Not really sure which sub-forum this belongs in, sorry.

Just bought a house and doing some odds and ends fix-up jobs. Hall closet has the white wire shelving and is missing a couple of clips to hold the shelves in place. Looking online at Home Depot and Lowe's but can't find exactly the right thing. Tips on where to find? The Rubbermaid back wall clip looks similar, but has an anchor attached, which wouldn't work for. Pics attached.

TIA!

Re: Looking for a shelf clip

As long as it fits the back wire, it will work. Including the Rubbermaid with the clip.

The clip locks the shelf in place. If it fits but not the clip, cut the clip off.

It is a good idea to have a clip or two holding the shelf down.

This is actually clip that the shelf sits in. The back of the clip fits around a vertical bar and then you screw the clip into the bar and the shelf sits down in it. If the clip doesn't have the side pieces that fit it around the bar, I think there would be some back and forth play.

I have not seen that one. But if the Rubbermaid clip fits, use it. If it has one of those anchors where you push a steel pin in to spread the anchor, cut it off and use a real screw into a plastic screw-in drywall anchor. (Those push pin mounts don't last)

Re: Looking for a shelf clip

Tried the wall clip, but it wouldn't work. Didn't sit flush enough with the support pole.

Looks like the only way to get replacement clips is purchase the support pole from Lowe's.

Yes, this solved my problem. Apparently, Rubbermaid is pretty awful about making replacement parts available for shelving. I only needed a couple of shelf clips, but had to buy an $18 pole set in order to get them. Was lucky to stumble across this pole set b/c otherwise these clips aren't shown anywhere online.
