how soon after lieing block can you tar for weatherproofing


i just built a fence wall on the line of the nation forest and wanted to beplace dirt on that side how soon after building the wall can i tar the bottom courses .

are you supplying drainage easement at bottom of wall? Depending on temp couple days to a week
