Help Removing Subfloor

I want to remove the subfloor made of 3/4" T&G plywood that's glued and nailed to sleeper floor joists. I want to be able to save the joists, but its proving quite difficult just to remove the subfloor.

Any suggestions?

Also, there are non-load bearing walls sitting on the subfloor. What's the best way to work around that. just cut the subfloor up to the wall?

You can cut up to the wall. You may have to add a joist or blocking for the new sub floor.
For the rest you can cut out the plywood in-between the joist and work on the rest with a sharp chisel, Sawzall and a nail puller, what ever it takes.
