Header size in structural wall for window addition

Looking to add two 34"x14" windows to my shop exterior wall. Studs are 2x4 on 24" centers. Is there a code I can look up, I assume mostly the size is related to snow load? I was thinking double 2"x10" headers would be sufficient? Do I need to jack stud on both sides as well?

2 2x10s nailed with 3 3' nails in three place should be fine

Header will be 35" long

1 jack stud under each end one full length kind stud at each end

one 32" sill above and below the window.

The window will be a little smaller than the rough opening, about 1/2" normally.
