Garage Shelf

Hello Everyone

New to the forum and love doing DIY, so i guess i am in the right spot.

Quick questions, i am installing a shelf that runs from wall to wall in my 1 car garage. I am using 2x6 timbers for a ledger board and the cross beams with a 3/8 plywood as the surface.

One wall is concrete. I am confused and looking for clarification here. Should i use tapcon screws? or masonary anchors to fasten the ledger board to the concrete?

I would go more heavy duty then the tapcons. Once it's up, it gets loaded.
How far are you spanning with the 2x6's?

That's along way for a 2x6 without a median support.
How deep will the shelf be?

Four or five 2x6's bolted to the studs and the concrete should be fine.
