Framing

How do I build a wood wall on an uneven concrete floor. This is in a basement in a house over 100 years old.

Very slowly; not to be a smarty pants, but an uneven floor is a PITA. You'll either have to level it w/ concrete leveler, or the like, or perhaps build smaller sections of wall of different lengths, if the floor is that bad. Plywood shims may help, too, Epoxy'd to the floor. I don't think there is any easy way for you.
