Fence problems!

I have a 6' high cedar fence, board on board. I cemented the 4 x 4 outdoor wood posts 24" deep. After a few days of rain this past winter, the ground softened up and after a wind storm the fence started to lean over. How can I support this fence any better than I have?

The posts should have been put in at least 3-0 into the ground below the frost line so this would not happened.
You can try this: http://www.fence-post-repair.com/index.asp
