Expand rough opening in load bearing wall

I am finishing my basement and I want to expand a rough opening(in a

load bearing wall) in my basement to accomodate a double door. Current

opening is 34" and it is supported by a sandwiched 2x8. I want to expand

it to 62". Will 2x8's be enough?

It depends on the load above, so it can't be seen from here.
