Four years ago in a addition egress window, the casement opened out on the one side, as normal, but the hinge side came back into the opening 4", so the radius opening would be greater. I contacted the rep, who said it was rated as egress, ............ sent two complete new replacement windows, 6*5*. Had already lap sided them, second light bulb went on upstairs..... replaced only the casement hardware on the tops and bottoms which was a different opening radius on the new windows. Notified the manufacturer, said this was the first complaint in 1-1/2 years ago since changing to the new (non-compliant) hardware. Check everything......

17,000 dryer fires a year, when did you last clean the inside of the dryer near motor or the exhaust ducting?
