Concrete over rigid insulation garage appartment

I want to level the floor with concrete. Size is 13' wide and 20' long. At the front ( thin ) end i can come up only 2 inches to ff. The deep end is 4" thick. Code requires 2" rigid insulation up the stem wall to green plate all the way around the perimeter and 2 feet laying horizontal into the living area ( this is only along the 13' X 4" deep end.)

Goals (wants)
1. Elec. Wire radiant floor heat or ceiling radiant panel heat, or?
2. Acid Stained concrete with smooth finish ( and poss. A few Strategic placed ceiling radiant panels)

Is this a gypcrete project?
Can gypcrete be acid stained?
How thin can concrete be and not crack all over.
What about deep end concrete and shallow end gypcrete product?
I plan to use an adherent between existing and new floor
