Backfill above 110mm drainage pipe

Hey All,

Just bought a new house so have signed up as I'm going to be doing lots of DIY lol!!!

I am putting down a concrete pad for a new shed and have (unfortunately) found (just the very top of) what looks like a 110mm PVC pipe taking surface water to a soak away.

It will be a big job to sink this pipe lower and it will be having a concrete pad over the top to protect it from the small load it will get from above.

What's the minimum I can get away with between the pipe and the hardcore layer?

Thanks for your advice!
