Are additional supports needed in 26' room?

One of the rooms in my basement is 26' x 13'. Other than the outside walls, there are no supports in this room. On the floor above (it's a bungalow), that same size space is divided into two bedrooms with the closet for the master bedroom located in the middle.

Originally there were floor to ceiling sliding doors in the master bedroom closet but I would like to have a bulk head installed and change to 80"H doors. It will have two 48" openings with either bifolds or regular doors, i.e. 4 doors in total. My question is whether any additional support is required in the basement under this wall/closet?

As long as the floor joists were properly sized no additional support is needed
