What's wrong with this picture?

this is a 20a circuit.... anyone notice anything unusual?
the two blacks hooked together on the brass, the white was silver, of course.
and no, this is not in my home, but it is in a DIYChatroom member's.

Well different wires sizes (is that white 14 ga.?) , and no bend to go around a screw on the white wire. And were the two blacks both under one screw?

yup.... my thoughts exactly.... a 14 neutral and 12 hots? on a 20a? is that even legal? or safe?
the 2 blacks do go under one screw to continue circuit, yes.
the HO piggy-twisted the two hots together, taped off the twist and just locked the one wire under the screw.
evidently, they both would not go under the new fixture's screw.

(cheap ***** [email protected] anywho.... )
