Wet bar

In my new house, the upper level game room will have a wet bar consisting of a small sink, about 3 feet of counter top, and some type of small refrigerator. The counter will have one duplex receptacle for what ever, and one duplex receptacle for the refrigerator. Would this be considered an appliance circuit and wired accordingly?

As long as the refrigerator doesn't use more than 50% of the circuit rating a single circuit will suffice. I would recommend a 20 amp circuit. GFCI the countertop recep if it is within 6' of the sink.

It is NOT a kitchen, so the "small appliance" circuit rules do not apply. This should not matter though.
Listen to Brric and Bob.

OK, the small appliance rule is only for kitchens. The refrigerator will only be like 4 cu ft. so it wouldn't have that big of load.
Now I have two questions:
1) Would this circuit have to be Arc Fault protected or could I run it off a standard 20 amp breaker with a GFCI receptacle?
2) I'm going to run a separate circuit but..could these receptacles be on one of the circuits that is serving this upper level?
