weather proof fitting for LV wiring

I have a box for coax carrying telephone and TV on the side of my house. The old wiring comes down from the roof and under the eaves, but this is now going to come underground up inside my garage. I will need to drill a hole in my siding for the new wiring and it would be nice if this were hidden behind the box. There is about 3/4" of clearance for some kind of low profile fitting to pass the wires out and turn a sharp 90deg down. I was thinking it would have some kind of hood or shroud. Does such a thing exist?
