Vintage Part


My Grandfather was an electrician for a long time. He has passed on and now I have all of his old electrical stuff. Any one know what this is called and is it worth anything I found over 50 of these things brand new

Neat. Those are old porcelain fuse blocks. There is probably a model number on the back.

Is it worth anything? It's worth whatever someone will pay for it. You're not gonna get rich though. Do you have any other types?

I have a bunch of these too, that I've torn out. I've cleaned them up but they don't look as nice as that.

they say this on the back CAT 62587 and on the front they say 3 to 30A 12V G.E. Co USA I have others also that only have 2 fuse holders and a pull down shut off and tons of fuses, and lots of old electrician tools also.

volt testers, tube testers , Tong Test Ammeter about 20 0f these old and current tons fuses breakers fuses box's every thing that is needed for electrical worker most of its is older because he sold his his trucks about 20 years ago and kept all of the electrical stuff at home in 2 basements.

I haven't had that much time to go look at all of his stuff I have only looked a little bit in one basement his house is 3 hours from me will be going back in 2 weekends
