vent pipe in the way

Just finished finding out that when they built the house they just poked out the electrical wires!!! Now when i want to install a junction box, a vent pipe for the sink is in the middle of the wall not allowing me to center the fixture.
Now what to do? Can't move the pipe, can't center the junction box, frustrated in bathroomville!!!

If the vent is PVC, you can fairly easily make a jog in it. Galvanized is a bit more difficult.

There are some fixtures that have a wiring compartment and do not need a junction box in the wall. What type of fixture are you trying to install?
