Sub Panel under Kitchen Sink

Can I put a little 60amp 6 space panel under the kitchen sink area? If so, I have a plan...

Should have plenty of space and it won't clutter up the counter. Just don't wire it.

I actually like the question... does the 6" obstruction under the panel or does the 30" and 3' requirements also pertain to the sub panel?

You could probably put a 2 circuit sub there, you can put switches and receptacles a a boat load of other things....

Can a panel be installed under a sink?

Why not?

But you know the answer, that's the thing. You've asked this before on ET.
