Sony Television Repair

Hi. Does anyone have a good source for buying Sony television parts? I need a new Changer Antenna (AS-2F) for my KV-32FS17 set. The part number is 8-598-414-20 (or 859841420). I found the part on one website for $33.95, and I'm just wondering if that is the going rate.

Thanks.

I gave up fixing TV's a long time ago when everything became a mass of plug in boards with SMD components. I imagine that the part number you have is from a Sony BOM/Schematic? If so, it's more than likely not a product that is manufactured by Sony but some other component/device manufacturer. You best bet is to get the physical/electrical specs. and go to one of the following places to search for a replacement:

www.mouser.com
www.digikey.com
www.mcmelectronics.com

These are my favorites for buying electronic goodies, components, etc.
