Rheostat switches

I've got a fan/light that has 3 switch locations with the fan at the end of the circuit. The wiring is 12-2 into the first location, then 12-3 from each box including to the ceiling. I know, I know... I curse the day of my birth each time I try to tuck wires back into boxes for choosing to go with 12ga versus 14 for the lighting circuits. I know better for next time. I need to know if there is a combo switch that can dim the light and control fan speed with the light being part of a 3- 4- way loop. I'd rather not do wireless and I only have a single box. I suppose I could pull the box out and put in a double box easily enough...
