Proper connection of 220 Circuit to Panel

Hello,

I'm trying to get my breaker panel up to snuff for a rough inspection on a new bathroom I'm adding. there is only one 220V branch circuit, for the dryer. The wire coming into the panel has 2 "hot" wires attached to the 2-pole breaker, and a braided aluminum ground wire. Like other existing circuits in my panel, the braided ground is clamped to the panel enclosure. I'm told for current code, the grounds have to be run to the ground bus bar within the panel. How can I safely extend this aluminum braid to the ground bus bar in the box?

They make a connector with 2 set screws for that.

Take a picture showing where the ground is attached and of the inside of the panel.

In the older 3 wire dryer circuits, that 3rd wire is a neutral, not a ground.
