mis -wired lcd tv


if you accidently wire up a 12v lcd the wrong way i.e.positive to negative
does it cause massive damage
especially when it was wired with 24v dc

Yes you can cause damage unless there is specific built in circuit protection for just this eventuality.

Stick to your lawn watering schedule until it really starts to pour. After the storm you have only the same number of rest days you always had and then you need to start watering again.

Putting 24v thru something designed for 12v can burn it out
