Leviton to Cooper Wiring

I am replacing some old switches in my bathroom and came across this issue.

Switches with the wire stab in the back.

There are three switches as pictured, and I bought three single pole switches to replace. Do I need to return these and get three way switches?

It looks like the each switch has a jumper to the next one.

Take a small screw driver, push in the tabs and remove the wire. Connect the wire to the new switch using the screws.
Where you have a wire using the backstab and the screw, wirenut the wires together and add a piece to reach the screw.

Those are not 3-way switches they are single pole. The hot wire is going to the first switch on the left where it is wrapped and continues on to the second switch and then on to the third via the backstab.

You should:
Turn the power off
Use the wire in the box mentioned above and pigtail three wires to it
Take each top wire from each switch and put it on a new switch
Take one each of the pigtailed wires and put one on each remaining screw of each switch.

Disregard comments about shared neutrals.

Looked at photo wrong
Left hand switch with lower backstabbed wire is the hot wire that should have three ne wires pigtailed to it.

Yep, a pigtaill for all the hot wires, then the switched wires by themselves.
