I've seen a bunch of stuff pulled for future use and by the time future comes the technology has changed. Cat3, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6.
Pull what you actually need now. Leave the empty conduit for future pulls when needed. Heck you may not any wires in the future. Wireless could be the way to go.
