Wear level 2 arc flash gear. It's not that much. And no synthetics; when bad things happen they melt onto your skin.

Might need to reset some clocks
Depending upon your setup the main hot feeds are usually always live

Bad thing that could happen is you have a defective main breaker & it won't go back on
Doesn't happen that often, but have heard of it happening
