How do I replace the bulbs in this recessed fitting ?

I have four of these recessed light fittings in my bathroom ceiling:

I can't for the life of me work out how to change the bulbs (little 50W halogen ones). The two ways that have been suggested to me (using duct tape on the bulb to unscrew it, and just pulling the whole fitting out) have failed miserably.

Any ideas ?

Thanks All

Try pushing in on the bulb and turning about a quarter turn counterclockwise.

They look like from the picture that the bulbs could be MR16 which are low voltage and they push straight in and do not turn ,But I could be wrong .Will the whole trim pull down ????. Kerry

Worked it out in the end..

I had to push on the bulb until the whole inner assembly (that houses the bulb) came loose from the rest of the fitting. Then I could remove the rest of the assembly, then remove the bulb from the housing (just a regular halogen buld that twists out), replace it, then replace in the inner assembly in the fitting, and replace the fitting in the ceiling.

Needless to say, not too chuffed about this design of light.

try to keep you hands off the bulb use gloves or rag. Don't want oil from body on bulbs.
