I'd probably just wirenut all the hots together, all the neutrals together, and all the grounds together, with a short pigtail coming off of each to connect to the receptacle in that box.

If you don't mind, I can answer for McSteve.
One way would be to connect the wires from two cables with pig-tails. The pig-tails are connected to the receptacle. The third cable wires are connected to the receptacle also!
