gfi issue

Our gfi on our got tub is making a noise like a soft hammer drill. Do anyone know what our problem could be? The gfi is in the hot tub disconnect. We have checked for loose wires. Thank you all

Did you push the test button and reset button ?? the reason why you hear like soft hammer drill due the GFCI try to trip it out.

Do the GFCI device is dry or damp or wet for some reason ??

And by the way DO NOT let anyone in the hot tub until the GFCI issue is fixed first that is crictal!!!

Merci.
