Electric basboard buzzing

Have two electric baseboards in my den that I installed several months ago. They are hard wired separate circuit to a breaker. I actually ran a Romex from each to a jbox then spliced and ran to the breaker. Is the buzzing/humming coming from just one of the heaters and electrical wiring thing or the actual baseboard possibly being defective etc.? Thanks

Buzzing is coming from the heater moving. The AC 60 Hz is causing something to vibrate. Similar to when you here a transformer buzzing.

Without getting overly technical it does matter. Secure it to the wall and it should strop buzzing.
