electic water heaters


what is a reasonable thermostat temp. in a household of four adults.taking half hour long showers? I am helping a friend who's water is scalding hot!

You will have to experiment with it.

The hotter the water is heated in the tank, the more warm water and generally the longer runtime you can get by mixing in more cold water at your shower head.

But for household use, 120 degrees F is the maximum recommended if you have small children.

Stick to your lawn watering schedule until it really starts to pour. After the storm you have only the same number of rest days you always had and then you need to start watering again.
