Do you have HPS { high pressure sodium } bulb in there ?? if so that will useally tell you that near end of life.

Do you have any power surge or dip recentally ??

Some case it may related to the weather like your overhead service drop may have loose connection if that the case it will affect the whole house.

Merci.

Ok with most of the dusk to dawn luminaire when the power do go out and come back on pretty fast most DTD luminaires will go off for few minutes to get the bulb cool off { that for majtory of them with HID bulbs } unless you have SCF { super Compact flourscent } then it will come back on instat.

Did you have any major storm in your area ??

Merci.

I know what you are talking about the big snow storm I have a house / shop in Wisconsin and I did check with one of my freinds there and say got hit pretty hard with the snow storm and he did asked me did I get in France and I say Oui but not bad compared to the Midwest got hit hard { I heard few place got much as 20 inches }

And yes The HPS is typical for power surge or dip it will go out and it will come back on in a minute but if do that pretty often then the bulb useally about end of the life otherwise may got reflected light from snow which I know it may kick some DTD luminaires out.

Merci.
