If the OP want to go that route as you describe it will affect the conductor rating due you have more than 3 CCC's { Current Carry Conductors }.

I have to pull up a chart and crush the number a little to see how much derate it will affect the whole thing but as long the OP give us direct answer it will be not too bad.

But there a gotcha as I mention above when you have both detached and attached garages if you going to run 3 ways plus 4 way switch set up as far you should be aware with the code with MWBC going to detached garage so he have to start the power source at the detached garage and run from there.

The key issue is disconnect and numbers of circuits it will allowed.
