Cooktop Confusion

Trying to wire an electric cooktop. Manual states that it can be wired 208 or 240 volt. The wiring tail on the cooktop has 2 red wires and 2 blacks it does not state in the manual which one is which !!! The cooktop is a Thermador maybe a few years old.

I would contact the manufacturer so you are *sure* you are properly connecting it...
