confusing switch box

Hi guys,

Im having trouble with a wiring job on a circuit controlling a ceiling fan with a 3-way switch, and a Single-Pole controlling two outdoor lamps. My plans are below.

My confusion is that I don't know where to find my hot for the outdoor lamps (i'm pretty sure the 3-ways are connected correctly). I have 6 cables in the 2-gang box w/ the single-pole, and the 3-way). 4 of the blacks are tied together, and 5 of the whites are together. The 6th white is from the other 3-way switch and is connected to the first 3-way (brass screw). The red from the 2nd 3-way is on one of the brass screws of the 1st 3-way, and the red from the ceiling fan is on the common.

Again, my confusion is with the single-pole sw. I have 2 Blacks left, and they go to each outside lamp, but if I put them on the SP sw., there won't be any power, and if I pigtail from the outlet to the right of the switch box, it appears I'll have an extra Black.

Can anyone help, please?
