conduit or not?

Pulling wire for outbuilding sub-panel. It will travel through 150' of underground PVC conduit, but it comes up OUTSIDE of the foundation wall (it was installed by previous owner). I can stub the PVC up the wall a bit and then get it into the exterior wall OK, but my question is, does it need to be in conduit all the way to the main service box? Once it is in the wall, I can stop the conduit, right? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Bring conduit up and use an lb to go into the Interior Walls. And must be protected inside to sub panel

Already have what you showed, so I got that part right. If I understand you right, however, the PVC conduit must continue all the way to the main service box, even if it is inside the wall? Thanks for the reply.

If you are pulling individual wires then it must be in conduit the entire way
It also must be wet rated wire for underground run - even in conduit

OK Thanks. All wire is in THWN casing. The stub up from grade to where wires will enter the house will be UV-resistant PVC and I assume the "gray" PVC home depot sells in the electrical aisle is the stuff to use for the route to the main service?

Yes get some ma's (male adpter) couplings, and couple of 90's And glue .If put the lb on the outside wall you could use another on inside wall so you are flat agianst the wall to panel.
