Ceiling fan on 45 degree ceiling with remote

I want to install a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling. The last remote I used slid into the canopy, however the ceiling was flat. With a drop rod and at a 45 degree angle I do not see how a remote will fit in there. I am thinking I need to buy a fan with the remote built into the hub? Or some sort of extra large canopy that will hold the remote?

Any I've installed all had the controller up under the cover that mounts to the ceiling box.
At an angle would not be an issue.

If your fans are like mine, you'll need to purchase a special canppy. The one that came with my fans would not handle a 45-degree angle.

Even on a flat ceiling that remote barely squeezes in so I thought on an angle would be impossible
