Apartment Lighting

I am moving into an apartment. I am awful with tools. In fact in most states it is illegal for me to be in possesion...lol. Anyway, I am tired of being limited on my decorating due to inability to use tools. I would love to put some sort of sconces or lighting that goes on the wall in my bedroom. Is there anyway to attach these items WITHOUT doing electric? I also want them to be attached with something similar to those Command Hooks that easily peel from walls without leaving marks. Any ideas??

Check with your landlord maybe they have some idea how to work with ya with the situation and by the way majorty of states have very strict code and apartment electical repairs have to be done by electrician.

Merci.
